| All the items are GENUINE and ORIGINAL unless we specify in the specification. In order to protect our customers, we will offer return/repair/refund according to the following situations (ALL enquiries MUST to raised WITHIN 14 days counting from the shipping date):
- Customer can return the item for a FULL REFUND on the total price if we oversight anything that there is any component of the item is not original and we have not specified in the specification
- Customer can return the item for a FREE REPAIR OR a 90% refund on the total price (shipping is not included) if the item is not working properly
- Customer can return the item for a 70% refund on total price (shipping is not included) if he/she think that the condition of the item is not as described
| Warranty Service:
- Customers earn a 3 MONTH WARRANTY period, buyers can return the item to us to have a FREE OVERHAUL SERVICE (NOT include exchange of components) within the Warranty period.
- Our warranty covers the watch movement repair and battery replacement for the time period stated and excludes damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
